PHARMACY RECRUITING MANAGER

Hired and screened pharmacists with clinical skills.

• Hired over 150 pharmacists in Columbus.

• Recruited 12 clinical pharmacists for special project in San Antonio, TX, and worked in concert with registered nurses.

• Opened a new facility in Franklin, TN and hired 4 pharmacists for diabetes care.

• Pre-screened 100 Prescription Benefit Specialists in a new facility in Indianapolis, IN.

Worked directly with six Pharmacy District Managers on all staffing issues. Sourced, recruited and hired all new Pharmacists for 150 stores companywide.

• Cultivated a professional relationship with colleges in Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Kentucky, New Jersey, California and Georgia.

• Analyzed pharmacy compensation in all markets and developing competitive compensation packages, including sign on bonuses and incentives, in order to attract and retain the best talent in each market.

• Reduced open Pharmacists positions from 10% to 2% company-wide and produced a significant increase in retention of over 400 Pharmacists employed by Drug Emporium.

• Developed and executed the first college recruiting program for the company.

Sold Sainato Pharmacy to Drug World and remained as pharmacist store manager under a three year contract.

• Analyzed commercial real estate market to reposition the store to increase customer traffic and drive sales.

• Relocated the store to a 30,000 sq. ft. location and doubled the Rx volume in three years.
