Over 30 years of comprehensive experience in business development and construction management and administration, including long and short range planning, budget and schedule development, plan review during design development, contract negotiations, and full budget accountability.
Extensive experience in bidding new work, creating/reviewing cost estimates, purchasing (job buyout), and permit/construction expediting.
Construction administration experience includes full responsibility for the management commercial and retail, high end office and medical from design to completion (design build or construction management model of delivery including indirect supervision of trades). Project budgets managed in the course of my career ranged from $250,000 to $200 million.
Analytical, with good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to trouble shoot to identify and resolve technical problems and, if necessary, implement procedures for increased efficiency.
Experienced includes proposal preparation/presentation, financial planning, cost accounting, payroll and accounting, reporting functions.
Communicate well with people at all levels including but not limited to personnel involved in the governmental approval process, architects and engineers. Good economic development skills. Adept in hiring/training and supervising personnel.

Senior Project Manager in charge managing projects that include a new hospital and other high school and athletic facilities totaling about $50 million. Projects completed on time and under budget.
2/2007-11/2007 Faulkner USA San Antonio, Texas
Senior Project Manager for Construction of Grand Hyatt Hotel, that included a 27 story hotel with 9 stories of Condominiums on the upper levels in Downtown San Antonio. Started as City liaison and in charge of all MEP’s, advanced to Senior Project Manager reporting only to the Vice President.
