customer service

i have had * yrs of working with the public. answering phones,helping customers and training employees. helping where there were any problems, help scheduling employees,have had a lot of office experiance. i am a quick learner and enjoy very much working. i missed 1 day the whole 9 years i was . with central freight lines. i also worked with old dominion for over 1 yr.was laid of due to lack of work. i was 1 of three people left in the office before laid off. my name is francisca norzagaray.most people just call me fran for short.i would like to have the oppurtunity to show what an asset i can be. sincerly francisca norzagaray
