Communicate with all departments regarding resident’s abilities to preform work; Handling residents personal request for care i.e. dental, eye exams, etc.; Work with Moving Company residents getting physicals, lab work, and screenings to obtain DOT cards and CDL license; Work with Aftercare to transition residents medical needs out of TROSA and to perform random drug screenings of transitional housing residents; Provide direct supervision for all Sr. Residents assigned to Medical Department and up to 15 residents providing vocational training to each
