Completed FIS (Federal Investigative Services) background check and adjudicated for employment in any Federal job except those requiring a Top Secret clearance or higher.

Worked (telecommute to United Kingdom) with Natural Engineer refactoring multiple applications conversion of code from earlier releases of Natural to Natural Version 4.2.6. This included modification to DDMs and Global variables to match the reverse engineered code to comply with applications and programming standards under contractual agreement about converted code.

Contracted for large a Boston publisher providing ETL support (converting Natural applications for migration to server-based system(s). Developed numerous Natural programs for streaming data to Oracle Forms. Principle focus was working with Natural 4 and Entire Connection converting Excel spreadsheets that map DDMs to system specific Natural modules. Fine tuning jobs that scan and replace incorrect/unrecognizable characters and increasing the performance of batch processing programs.

I worked with as the database administrator assigned to Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I participated on a team that rebuilt the Ministry of Planning’s Computer Center Data Base. Worked with Ministry officials converting a PL/1 financial application to Natural. My last function before ending the contract was to train my successor.

I served as a database administrator for at the Energy Information Administration of the Department of Energy in Washington, DC establishing ADABAS as the standard EIA database at that time.
