R & D/Quality Control Coordinator
Charged with expanding the product line through R&D. Formulated and tested new flavors and colors to meet general and specific customer requirements. Designed and implemented new production equipment and moulds. Directed carton and display vendors in designing new product display layouts. Managed the daily operation of a multi-shift manual production facility. Managed 4 Shift Supervisors and over 100 employees in producing Hard Candy. Streamlined the procurement process resulting in improved inventory management and predictable lead times.
