Review of BDEP prepared by the process licensor.

Preparation of PFD, P &ID.

Preparation of process equipment datasheet for static, Rotating, Special items

Preparation process instrument datasheet for pressure, temperature, flow, control valve, safety instrument etc.

Preparation of line designation schedule, equipment list, electrical load list.

Carry out hydraulic calculation.

Familiarization with national & international codes like OISD & API.

Working knowledge of API-520, API-521,API-2000 for the flare system & safety instruments sizing.

Preparation of enquiry documents (RFQ) & tender specification.

Evaluation of technical bids, Technical bid clarification, and Technical recommendations.

Review of vendor drawing & technical data.

Participants in HAZOP study

Preparation of report for safety studies.

Preparation of operating manual of plant.

Assistance in plant commissioning.
