Strategic Alliances Manager / Senior Business Analyst – November 2007 to January 2012

VISTA Technology Services, San Antonio, TX

• Provided company business capture, development and proposal planning and management through RFI and RFP document preparation, briefings, presentations, market research and studies using proven Information Technology capture/proposal methodology and processes.

• Developed customized data call materials and MS Access databases for major IDIQ capture and proposal activities to include Air Force NetCents II, Veterans Affair T4, and DHS Eagle II.

• Responsible for the administration, use and training of the Corporate CRM system (SUGAR) establishing a documented and reportable pipeline in excess of $60 million worth of identified opportunities. Customized the On-Demand SUGAR application to meet company user desires.

• Managed on-site contractor technical and administrative support for the Air Force Small Business Mentor-Protégé Center of Excellence program office.

• Provided direction, supervision and training to 6 contractor employees to ensure successful completion of all tasks contained in the program’s statement of work.

• In charge of daily program activities, financial management and contracting actions of 21 separate Mentor-Protégé contracts valued at over $25 million.

• Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of all website and database software packages used to track program information, project milestones and individual contract deliverables.

Project Superintendent / Quality Control – May 2000 to May 2001

MCC Construction Corporation, San Antonio, TX

• Provided initial project design and subcontractor performance quality control in support of Corps of Engineer construction projects for all of south Texas.

• Created a customized MS Access project tracking database enhancing office and field work tracking, accuracy and productivity.

• Responsible for the daily coordination and work schedule of all subcontractors as well as the primary liaison with all affected government offices and personnel.

City Building Inspector / Code Compliance Officer – July 1999 to May 2000

City of Kirby, San Antonio, TX

• Performed preliminary and final inspections and testing in conjunction with issued building permits for new commercial construction and family housing facility improvements and upgrades.

• Inspected all city commercial and housing facilities to ensure adherence to state and city regulations and building codes, issuing citations for deficiencies.
