1. Worked with Ballarpur Industries Ltd pulp division BILT- (Unit: A.P.Rayons),as Asst.Manager FROM 2004 TO 2008.

2. From 2002 to 2004 with Vaigkunth Papers Ltd as project and operation manager. Kraft paper and duplex board from secondary fibre.

3.. From 1991 to 2002 with The South India Viscose Industries as process and project engineer in pulp plant including SHEETING MACHINE.

Calcium based acid sulfite process and integrated rayon yarn and staple fibre plants.

From 1997 august to 1999 may in rayon yarn and staple fibre manufacture plant as process engineer .

4. Worked as Trainee in The Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd, Tamilnadu.

PROJECT EXPOSURE

Executed project, commissioned and stabilized 400 tpd modernised rdh &ecf technology pulp plant in Seshasayee paper in 2008.(technology provided by glv inc. usa.)

erected, commissioned and stabilized kraft pulp plant from secondary fibre.

Converted bagasse bleaching to ecf in 2010 in seshasayee papers.

pulp plant expansion from 120 tpd to 200 tpd in siv industries ltd.The project was executed in 1995 in technical collaboration with Lenzing Austria.(Addition of 3 digesters,installation of a high pressure accumulator for chemical and heat reclamation,Ahlstrom pressure knotter and screens,Sunds TRP and installation of additional bleaching line.

Water and effluent treatment plant modernisation and expansion project.

Producer gas plant project.

Installation of an additional esp in SRB.

Presently working for expansion project of chemical recovery and pulp mill to 500tpd and water treatment project.
