Brief description of the project:

Bank of Queensland is one of the largest personal lines insurance providers in the Australia offering Home, Travel, Creditor, Health and Car Insurance.

This project deals with creditor and travel insurance.

Creditor insurance allows customers to protect against the unforeseen. There are a number of different types of policy, but in general they cover the customers’ regular outgoings such as Personal Loan, Mortgages against accident, sickness and unemployment, and ensure that if one of these events reduces their income, they can continue to make some or all of their repayments. Some policies also pay out in the event of critical illness or death.

Project : HBOS – Creditor Insurance

Client : LBG – UK

Brief description of the project:

HBOS GI provides general insurance for Bank of Scotland brand and Halifax and is one of the largest personal lines insurance providers in the UK offering Home, Travel, Creditor, Health and Car Insurance.

This project deals with creditor and travel insurance.

HBOS GI creditors insurance is handled by two Companies. They are Halifax Insurance Ireland Limited (HIIL) and St Andrews Group (STAG). HIIL underwrites and administers first party business and STAG underwrites and administers third party businesses.

Project : YNWO – RBC Travel insurance application

Brief description of the project:

RBC work flow consists of many manual processes. This project is mainly aimed at automating most of their manual processes. Also this application was created in the early nineties which demanded many enhancements.

RBC Canada provides insurance services for both medical and travel grounds for Canadian citizens that are either living or traveling outside Canada. The underwriters are responsible for the design of the insurance products, fix rates, and identify risks associated with the product.

The Canadian citizens living or traveling outside Canada may either purchase the Travel Protection Plan or they may be automatically enrolled in it as part of their Employer Benefits Package.

As this project is a maintenance project task will be assigned as Maintenance Request basis.

Project : WAC iSERIES AMO

Client : Mondial Assistance Group

Brief description of the project:

Mondial Access Canada provides insurance services for both medical and technical grounds for Canadian citizens that are either living or traveling outside Canada, on behalf of their underwriters such as Manu Life (Manufacturers Life Insurance Company). The underwriters are responsible for the design of the insurance products, fix rates, and identify risks associated with the product.

The Canadian citizens living or traveling outside Canada may either purchase the Travel Protection Plan (TPP, underwritten by Manu Life) from World Access or they may be automatically enrolled in it as part of their Employer Benefits Package.
