Human Resources Officer/Operational Support Unit Commanding Officer
Commanding Officer for the Operational Support Unit (OSU) the largest unit at the Navy Reserve Center-Augusta. Program Manager
Program Manager for Signals Intelligence Director and Leading Petty Officer for over 60 people in the largest division in our department. When the Leading Chief Petty Officer was absent I fulfilled both roles. I mentored 8 sailors and helped them develop short term and long term career goals. I scheduled annual language training and tracked their progress. Prepared training reports, developed budgets, and performed variance analysis in accordance with annual training plan.
