• Used GPS units to locate pre-determined random points for surveys and to mark equipment and aquatic habitats.

• Identified, handled, measured, and marked animals caught and trapped and identified plant species.

• Entered collected data onto an online database.

Drake Campus Tree Mapping Project

• Identified and analyzed tree species on Drake University’s campus.

• Document and plot trees on a GIS map for departmental research and the University Grounds Department.
