Service Training

Supervised work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean and orderly banks and office suites; and similar establishments; assigned duties, inspected work, and investigated complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and took corrective action; purchased housekeeping supplies and equipment, took periodic inventories; screened applicants, trained new employees; recommended dismissals/pay increases; and conducted orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
