March 2010-November 2011. Client Relations Manager, ACS Benefit Services, Inc., Winston Salem, NC. ACS Benefit Services is a third party administrator for self-funded medical and dental insurance plans, flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health reimbursement arrangements (HRA).
Responsibilities
Client Relations Manager. The primary focus of this position is to review plan designs with brokers, collecting information related to individual plans, pricing, eligibility and funding, so that the employee group is ready for enrollment. This entails a significant understanding of how FSA/HRA products and the ACS systems work. Also provides onsite training opportunities for client to better understand processes and systems.
March 2005-August 2009. Claims Examiner and customer service representative, ProBenefits, Inc., Winston Salem, NC. ProBenefits, Inc. is a third party administrator for flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health reimbursement arrangements (HRA).
Responsibilities

Part time footwear associate responsible for selling shoes, socks, and various types of athletic equipment including football, baseball and wrestling. Rendered customer service to customers who had questions pertaining to various items.
