Promoted to take top leadership role at prominent, multi-Billion-dollar real estate development company, with proven abilities to drive large-scale projects in New York City, Boston, and Washington DC markets.

JPI Apartment Construction – Jefferson at 55/77 Water St, Norwalk, CT

(156 units) and Jefferson at Admiral’s Hill, Chelsea, MA (161 units)

• Managed and oversaw the purchaser punch list completion, working in conjunction with the owner, previous owner and builder

• Served as the one site rep to handle both development and construction issues

• Obtained building/MEP permits with a focus on successfully navigating the process

• Coordinated subcontractor utilization and enforced overall budgets, proposals, schedules

• Managed and conducted Fire Marshal, County, 3rd party, and ADA/Fair Housing inspections

• Oversaw installation of new traffic signal and road improvements for affected highway on/off ramp area

• Supervised the Demo, Earthwork, and Utility construction of a 17+ acre site for 498 apartments, 122 town homes

• Successfully completed unit turnover that included all inspections (insulation to turnover)

• Regulated subcontractor costs in order to maintain turnover and inspection dates

• Cultivated and maintained strong working relationships with owners, investors, property managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and inspectors
