Description: This project involves Converting Pro-e drawings and models into Solidworks. Changing BOM and assembly structure into current manufacturing Processes. Managing large Solidworks data.

3D Data Conversion for India drawings project.

Responsibility:

· Assigning the work for engineers

· Final QC of finished models and drawings as per the SFO standards.

· Conversion of all sheet metal parts (e.g. 11GA, 16GA, 22GA etc) keeping the same gauge but as per SFO design standard.

· Creation of DXF with 1:1 scale for all flat blank drawings.

· Preparing the BOM for FH products using BPCS software.

Worked as Quality Assurance Engineer in “Suttatti Enterprises Ltd Unit-1”,

Pune. The plant is equipped with state of the art CNC Laser Cutting,

Punching and bending machines (TRUMPF made-Germany) with

Fabrication, Powder coating And Plating shops and produces precision

Sheet metal components.

It mainly deals with customers like Siemens (medical equipments-export to

Germany), Atlas-copco (Compressor canopies), Tata motors (Designing of

Showrooms), Kirlosker oil engine (Generator canopies) and JCB Pune.

Worked as Quality Assurance Manager in “Suttatti Enterprises Ltd Unit - 3”,

Pune. Maintaining of ISO/TS: 16949:2002 Documentation & heading the QA

Dept. The plant is equipped with State of the art CNC Turning Machines & CNC

Laser cutting Machines. And 100% Export Oriented Unit, manufactured

Precision Component i.e. Shroud Plate (Turbine Assembly Part). It is in SS 321

Material, Supplied to Cummins Turbo Technologies UK.
