Principal advisor to the Commander regarding manning, strength management, recruiting, and administrative matters. Officer in Charge (OIC) of the Group S1 staff which includes 1Warrent Officer, 4 Non-Commissioned Officers, and 5 Soldiers. Responsible for the overall personnel management of the Group which encompasses units in 9 separate states. Senior Human Resources officer within the group; manages the professional development of 47 Human Resource Officers and Soldiers.
• Transformed the HR section by re-arranging the office to streamline processes, creating an "S1 Corner" share-site for all the admin professionals within the Group
• Created a section mission statement, identified primary and secondary goals, and defined personnel core competencies
• Deployment Operations Manager for 47 troops mobilizing to Afghanistan

Chief Human Resources Officer of the Special Operations Advisory Group (SOAG). • Received Defense Meritorious Service Medal for-Mentored the ANASOC HR Director to achieve a 100% retention rate and design ANA Special Forces full-cycle recruiting plan that reduced attrition over an eight month period

Human Resources manager for 387 tactical, psychological operations paratroopers. Principle advisor to the Battalion Commander regarding manning, strength management, and administrative matters. Officer in Charge (OIC) of the Battalion S1 staff which includes: 5 Non-Commissioned Officers and 4 Soldiers. Paratrooper for the only active, tactical psychological operations Battalion within the U.S. armed forces.
• Received the Army Commendation Medal for-Managed the Battalion Personnel Actions Center (PAC) which scored a 99%, 98%, and 92% during the annual Command Inspection Program (CIP)
• Established a pre-deployment and re-deployment task tracking chart which has become the standard for the 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne)
• Received the Army Achievement Medal for-Coordinated the memorialization (naming) and ceremony of two federal buildings from start to finish encompassing two years of work
11/08 to 05/09: Detachment Operations Manager--CAISE (Civil Administrative Information Support Element), 9th Psychological Operations Battalion (Airborne):
Commander of a 16 Soldier detachment, ready for no-notice deployment within the continental U.S. to support homeland defense and civil authorities in the NORTHCOM (U.S. Army North Command) AOR(Area of Responsibility). Responsible for information dissemination during CRBNE (Chemical, Radioactive, Biological, Nuclear, Explosive) emergencies and natural disasters. Still acted as the S1 OIC both Jobs were above pay grade.
• Established a Soldier readiness and training tracking matrix that has become the standard for all CAISE elements
• Comprehensively trained and prepared CAISE Soldiers to conduct information dissemination during austere conditions
• Handpicked by the Battalion Commander to lead the CAISE detachment-a Captain’s position
06/08 to 11/08: Operations Manager--Headquarters Support Company, 9th Psychological Operations Battalion (Airborne):
Commander of 74 Soldiers, NCOs, and Officers who make up the Battalion staff and support elements responsible for maintaining and sustaining of the only tactical, active duty, airborne, psychological operations Battalion in the U.S. armed forces. Responsible and signed for $12,689,000 worth of organizational, Department of Defense (DoD), and global war on terrorism equipment. Only Officer in the entire 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne) (out of 1,300 Soldiers) signed for two property books and only Lieutenant in the Group to hold Command. Still Acted as the Battalion Human Resources manager (S1 Officer in Charge) both jobs are above current pay grade.
• Oversaw the acquisition of 100 armored HMMWVs (High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles) for the Battalion without any vehicle or part loss valued at $11,900,000.00
• Managed the Battalion maintenance section which sustained a 99% Operational Readiness Rate (ORR)
• Directed the security and the overall performance of a newly established Battalion motor pool which housed government equipment valued over $50,000,000.00
