• As production manager my responsibilities are to ensure the follow up

implemented corrective measure.

• To ensure quality of products, follows up & dispatch of samples

• To manage manpower engaged in production process.

• Co-ordination between Merchant, PPC Dept, prod dept and sampling Dept

etc.

• Managing the production of computerized embroidery on more than 10

(Barudan Machines).

• Co ordination with sampling department for developments as per requirements from clients based on seasons.

• Apart from handling emb unit I also handle various external vendors for

completion of emb assignments at the time of work overload.
