Team Lead - Computer Systems Senior Analyst

Responsible for assigning, tracking and coordinating tasks of Team Members for Policy Administration Applications. Trained staff and users to work with computer systems and programs. Developed, documented and revised system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.

Accomplishments included:

Automated manual amendment form using Lotus Notes Domino. Automation resulted in a reduction of three FTE’s, who could be assigned to other activities. Forms were developed using Microsoft Word and imported into a Lotus Notes Database. This database communicated with the Mainframe Administration systems to obtain policy specifics.

Implemented Sarbanes-Oxley procedures for traditional systems. Coordinated cross-functional programming and testing to ensure a standardized approach to procedures and reporting.

Implemented OFAC and FINCEN procedures for traditional systems. Coordinated cross-functional efforts as well as developing Quality Assurance testing base. Reporting of potential risks were formatted by Mainframe batch systems and FTP’d to server as Excel Spreadsheets for research.

Led cross-functional group that converted all Cobol systems to Cobol LE. Conversion included ISAM to VSAM. Conversion achieved compliance with OS 390 upgrade

Developed procedures for project requests and monitoring. Procedures enabled request tracking and end-users were able to view request status via Lotus Notes forms.
