Provided Hardware/Software technical support and troubleshooting for Nortel GSM/UMTS platforms including MSC, HLR, SDM, CBM, MGW, BSC and VSE. Tested and supported both on-site and off-site for software projects of new features and new GSM/UMTS releases. Collaborated with design colleagues for software fix/patch verified on site with customer. Provided technical advice to on-site field service engineers. Monitored customer sites for system stability and solved the problems seen on the sites during monitoring.
