* International Hostess. Costa Cruises. September to December 2008.
Duties: To be in charge of groups ranging from 30 to 200 passengers on board Costa Mediterranea.
Supervision of Embarkation/Disembarkation, Welcome, Excursions, Cocktails, Public Relations, translating
and preparing all documents for foreign guests, assisting them constantly, to work as a team member in
cooperation with other Cruise Staff members and all other shipside Departments. Reports directly to the
Cruise Director.
* Housekeeping Coordinator. Hotel Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona. January to July 2008.
Duties: Coordinate all hotel areas by making sure they are kept in a perfect status of cleanliness.
Coordinate room attendants. To be in charge of the hotel decoration. To agree guests’ or other departments’
requests, warehouse organization, etc.
