• I was the full charge super for all trades, HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry, miscellaneous steel. Roof cutout, structural steel and curb for a new roof heating and AC unit.

• Included were new exterior concrete ramp, stairs. Interior floor coverings and ceramic tile walls.

• Project manager for construction of building entrances at Rochdale Village Queens NY $250,000, the lobby at 20 Cooper Square NYC $125,000. Smith & Lewensky sidewalk cafe NYC $120,000.

Union County Juvenile Detention Center, $1,000,000.

• Featuring Bendheim channel glass for 5 openings 40 ft wide x 14 ft. high each.

• Kawneer 1600 series curtain wall, steel reinforced and Kawneer wide stile doors.

• Kawneer four sided structural glazed curtain wall.

• Alucobond panels.

• Interior 1/2 thick tempered glass fin wall. 3/4 inch thick glass fins and with a hurculite door and floating door header.

• This project was written up in glass magazine, article by Jane Holtje's.

15 East 26th Street NYC Lobby Renovation, $450,000.

• Ellison Bronze balanced bronze doors for the main lobby entrance doors.

• Blumcraft hurculite doors for the vestibule lobby entrance doors.

• 1/8 inch thick custom bronze panels for the vestibule walls, ceiling and interior columns to a 16 ft. height.

• Concierges desk built with 1/2 thick solid bronze plate panels.

• Custom storefront windows to 16 ft. height built with Kawneer bronze anodized aluminum 4" x 8" snap together tubular members with

• 3" x 7" steel tube reinforcing welded with plates top and bottom to the building spandrel beams.

Apple Computer Offices 401 West 14th Street NYC, $420,000.

• Featuring interior 1/2 thick tempered butt glazed glass partitions.

• Hurculite doors 3 ft. 7 inches wide x 8 ft. 6 inches high with a 7" offset for the pivots.

• Kawneer sliding custom wide stile doors 5 ft. wide x 8 ft. 6 inches high and Hafela top mounted sliding door rollers, 8 doors for a 40 ft wide span.

• 100 linear feet of glass ramp railings engineered with spider fittings to existing steel posts.

• Sliding glass wall 30 ft. wide.

• Engineered free standing HDTV stand of 1/2 inch thick tempered glass and 3/4 inch thick glass fins built with spider fitting construction.

• Custom engineered glass laminated with a Du Pont interlayer for burglar resistant hurculite doors & windows to meet the insurance companies' criteria without a steel role up gate for protection.
