Clinical Establishment Registration and Regulation System: The Healthcare in India is of uneven and uncertain quality, its supervision is poor and there are few incentives in the current healthcare delivery system conducive providing enough incentives for improvement in efficiency. THE CLINICAL ESTABLISHMENTS (REGISTRATION AND REGULATION) ACT, 2010 has been formulated with a view to prescribe minimum standards of facilities and services which may be provided by the CEs. This project is under governed by CERR Act, and project is in developing stage with phases & with different role modules: Clinical Establishment Module, District Registration Authority Module etc.

Different government departments/bodies modules are also involved in this project for helping NGOs to get their grant aids for a program within project duration. This project is implemented for Ministry of Social Justice, Govt. of India & developed & maintained by National Informatics Center, New Delhi.
