Project Work

Project Title: Production of pectinase from Aspergillus niger using Agro waste.

Description: Pectinase enzyme was produced using SSF and its purification was done using Ammonium sulphate purification process. Enzyme activity and specific enzyme activity was determined and its application was done for fruit juice preparation.

Project Title: Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles from Catharanthus roseus, Euphorbia hirta and Momordica charantia and to check their activity on cancerous and normal cell line.

Description: Silver nanoparticles showed growth inhibition of cancer cells up to 97-98% where as normal cells it showed negligible growth inhibition I had also developed normal cell line from cord blood cell and placenta of human.
