Site Safety Manager & RSO (Radiation Safety Officer)

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Site Safety System and compliance, including Lock Out, Thermal Oil, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Hot Work, Emergency Response as well as Incident Investigation and Corrective action implementation.

Responsible for all Safety Area budgeting and spend management including consumables, training and compliance spending.

First level Manager for onsite Fire and Safety Technician who is responsible for OSB Mill’s Fire Response Systems, Automatic, Manual as well as Mill Emergency Response Team and well as assisting in on site safety implementation and compliance.

Point of contact for all WCB and WorkSafe BC issues, claims and concerns.
