I obtained re-accreditation for the camp from the American Camp Association.

12/95 – 9/04 - Manpower, 209 Stoneridge Drive, Columbia, SC 29210. On-Site Manager of United Parcel Service’s National Collection-On-Delivery Processing Site. Directed the operational activities of up to 12 supervisors, 24 coaches and 280 associates in the on-line disposition of approximately 325,000 COD payments, 300 customer service calls, 250 collection calls, and the processing 120 level I and II collection letters daily. Tracked production and quality levels on all associates through a comprehensive internal audit system to ensure the highest level of quality customer service and to focus training assets more effectively. Responsible for all human resources functions including screening, selecting, hiring, training, benefits administration, payroll, performance appraisals, mentoring, recognition, conflict resolution, counseling and terminating.
