Canada’s leading provider of Wireless, Digital Cable TV, High Speed Internet and Home Phone services to consumers and businesses

Project: Network Provisioning Platform (NPP). Enterprise level IT solutions for Rogers. I was the key team member in the OSS (Operation System Support) project team, performed the following work:

Liaised with developer, project manager, configuration manager, business analysts, database administrators and other teams to ensure high level quality of software

Developed and maintained test plan, test scenario and test cases based on business requirements

Created test suites and test cases with the automation testing tool, SoapUI Pro for performing the functional test and regression test in both manual and automation ways.

Prepared the SQL queries and scripts in order to review data integrity, process correctness and update data

Executed the test cases for functionality, system and regression tests. Fully involved in UAT and provided technical support for UAT

Identified, reported and tracked defects with the tool of Rally and coordinated and worked with development team to resolve the identified issues

Project: Rogers TEMS (Telecom Expense Management System), the system consists of a web based application for Rogers financial analysts to review and approve the invoices, reconcile credits and file disputes and a complex back-office. As a key team member, I performed the following tasks:

Analyzed all use cases running through workflow, defined test requirements and strategy, designed test scenarios, test data and test cases and detailed test steps
