Senior Analyst, Operations Performance Analysis (2008 – 2012)

• Partnered with team members to develop appropriate performance measurement targets and tracking methods for nearly 3,000 global properties in the Americas region (North America, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada).

• Collaborated with 8-10 cross functional departments (Finance, Quality, Technology, etc) to ensure Franchise business unit processes and tools were streamlined and integrated with IHG Enterprise Solutions.
