Provide hardware technical support for end user desktop and laptop systems. Familiarity with Dell Latitude C510 / C600 series laptops, Latitude D600, D610, D620, D630. I’m familiar with following Dell desktop systems Optiplex GX620, SX270, SX280, GX280. Assist in the creation and the deployment of desktop and laptop images.
Imaging is currently done Symantec Ghost Solution Suite 2.5 Suite. An understanding of Microsoft ® Active directory and group policy deployments. Familiarity with Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98 SE. Familiarity with OS X, from 10.0 – 10.5. Responsible for the implementation of a Golden Triangle for OS X and Microsoft AD integration.

Accomplishment:
Prior to my arrival at Shikellamy School District, the technology department was using a paper based / phone oriented request system. I created and designed an intranet based system designed to streamline help desk requests. This done via HTML/CSS, PHP & MySQL using IIS 5.0.

E-1400, E-3200, E-4600 computers. Familiarity with usage of NAL, a ZenWorks Application Explorer. Installation of Hewlett-Packard Deskjet Printers: HP 692c, HP 840c. Keen familiarity with Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 9x, Dos 6.x.
Other Duties:

Student Computer Lab Assistant; Pennsylvania College of Technology
1997 – 2000
Assisted first semester students with computer lab instructions. Instructions included correct procedures for logging onto and off a Novell network. Primary duties focused on application and end user support for students in open computer labs.

Community Service
Volunteered at Evangelical Hospital Information Systems department. Aided in dismantling of legacy systems. Such systems included IBM PS/2 Systems and Compaq computers. Hardware components such as 72-pin dimms, AT hard drives, power supplies any other parts worth recycling were consolidated.
