• Led team that implemented SAP HCM - OM/PA - Core HR processes in complex joint venture environment.

Established the new joint venture organization for quick start bringing two legacy companies together.

• Orchestrated headcount-neutral expansion and reorganization of National Accounts Sales organization to add resources to strategic selling teams.

• Led successful external recruitment of General Management talent to effectively support talent development and succession plans.

HR Manager - Field Sales 2002 to 2006

Managed Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and other HR generalist responsibilities for approximately 250-employee Midwest and West Sales Regions.

• Effectively led Strategic People Resourcing (SPR) processes that included workforce analytics (People Balance Sheet) and succession and organization action planning.

• Partnered with Sales Leadership to roll-out revised goal setting and performance management processes across the Sales division. Goal setting process included cascaded and aligned team goals, individual goals and individual development plans. Recognized as Performance Management Champion.

• Developed Performance Management ratings calibration exercise that effectively taught principles of ratings calibration. Resulted in improved understanding and acceptance of the calibration process. Calibration exercise was eventually exported for use across the enterprise.

• Recruited Hispanic Retail Sales Representative candidates for new Field Sales initiative under extremely tight deadlines. Successfully filled 10 positions with excellent talent and developed effective on-boarding program that resulted in outstanding retention. Program success for this pilot led to replication across the organization - eventually 200 additional Retail Sales Reps were hired.
