Major Career Accomplishments
• CM and GC for Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani flagship stores on Madison and 65th, and Madison and 57th respectively constructed and opened simultaneously realizing an overall budget savings of $4.6 million (15%).
• Directed the design development, implementation, reconstruction and in-house relocation of approximately 6,500 employees within existing 1 million square foot office building for Mobil Corporation Corporate Headquarters.
• CM for Mobil United States Division Headquarters new building design, construction, finish out and occupation of some 465,000 square foot by approx. 3,500 employees relocated from NY to VA. Facility included 125 acre site development, above and below ground parking, dining facilities for seating of 1,000 employees, indoor Olympic swimming pool, fitness and medical center, and multi purpose training facility.
Summary of Qualifications
• Responsible for managing the planning, design and construction of interior and exterior projects. Developed campus like site master plan from building structure design concept through open plan furniture development and standards configuration.
• Identify required work, develop specifications, bid out contract documents, negotiate pricing and award contracts, prepare schedules and monitor progress through project closeout.
• Manage project staff members and contractors to ensure proper supervision of tradesmen, equipment, materials and workmanship are properly provided and conform to budgets, contract specifications and plans.
• Schedule project meetings, review and maintain Architects and Engineers plans for record, prepare progress and budget reports for management review and invoice processing.
