U.S. Yoshukai Karate – Instructor from 2000 – 2005. I averaged 20–35 students. Trained in Open Hand Forms; Traditional Japanese Weapons Forms and Practical Self Defense. Karate helped to promote values such as, respect for others, manners, self-discipline, self respect and confidence. Competed at all levels and received numerous awards and trophies, including Instructor of the Year two consecutive years in a row.
