I successfully managed 2 business lines 64 ounce and 32 ounce, driven by 25 union employees in a Hot Fill facility operating 3 shifts
24/ 365. Driven change agent leading Kiazens for better productivity, and 5S for organization and good housekeeping.

• Lead, organized and trained the plant in to become an F22K Certified facility

Accountable for monitoring a budget, production flow, wastewater management, and departmental profit and loss. Managed a workforce consisting of 100 salary and hourly employees within a 200,000 sq. ft production plant. Developed a relationship with suppliers were negotiations skills and tactics were used to secure the lowest possible pricing. Conducted monthly meetings with the CEO,VPs and General Manager to cover key areas including goal attainment, cost reductions, variance analysis and customer retention. Managed a safe OSHA compliant facility.
Accomplishments:
• Successfully served as Project Manager launching a new facility which included interviewing and training of staff, equipment ordering and training, and organizing a safety committee. Lead and organized the facilities ISO 9001 implementation.

Supply chain management responsible for the daily operation of a Third Party Logistics Facility (3PL) operating in a 180,000 sq. ft plant with 150 team members. Total distribution environment consisting manufacturing, picking/packing and warehouse personnel. As a supply chain operation, I served as the liaison between our key contacts and their customers in regards to shipments and quality. Conducted daily plant meetings with the VP and Engineers to discuss process flow and cost saving strategies. Managed all dock operations and ensured accurate and timely deliveries. Accomplishments:
• Decreased the turnover rate by 50% by utilizing business strategies to secure employment which in turned save the company $200,000 in lost business and revenue.
• Responsible for building a relationship with the Department of Corrections and Goodwill of Central Indiana to employ incarcerated adults and seek government funding which landed a $500,000 grant, which reintroduced adults back into society and the workforce
• Reduced overtime by 85% by correctly staffing the plant and enforcing time management
