• Acted as Liaison between architects, owners and multiple trades to establish efficient construction means and methods to complete the project in an efficient and timely manner.
• Established budgets, schedules, edited/wrote contracts, negotiated contracts, solicited, reviewed and approved Request for Proposals as well as reviewed and approved Change Orders.

Responsibilities were including but not limited to:
• Reviewed Construction Documents, Drawings, Schedules and Proposals with Architects and Engineers.
• Participated in the interviewing process to determine which Contractors’ bid and qualifications would be in the best interest of the project.
• To ensure that Department of Buildings required documents have been filed and permits have been issued.
• Became an active member of daily operations to ensure that the General Contractors subcontractors complied with the Construction Documents and the project schedule.
• Acted as Liaison between architect’s and engineer’s to solve problems that arise during the construction phase of the project and seek out areas that could be valued engineered.
• Project Oversight and documentation from start thru completion.
