CAREER HISTORY
Acting Director of Maintenance/Quality
Assurance Engineer, Empire Aviation (Airline
headquartered in Dubai), 2009 to 2011.
Contracted to manage QA related to line/base
maintenance. Ensured all aircraft met
regulatory standards, including oversight of
aircraft inspections for obtaining/renewing
Certificates of Airworthiness (CofA).
Program Manager Global Express & Challenger
Series Aircraft, Innotech Aviation (Canadian
business jet sales and service), 2005 to
2009. Managed the execution of maintenance,
completion & refurbishment contracts, as
well as conforming to US FAA, EASA &
Transport Canada requirements. Oversaw 35
maintenance/engineering staff.
Quality Manager, MRP Aviation, LTD (London-
based aircraft seller), 2002 to 2005.
Oversaw aircraft maintenance programs
including scheduling and mobilization of
external specialist services. Implemented
SOPs for maintenance activities and
conducted defect analysis and staff
training.
Manager Technical Completions, Aerospace
Concepts of Canada, 2000 to 2002. Managed
interior cabin completions for client
contracts. Oversaw green aircraft acceptance
process. Monitored vendor and program
reviews, conducted detailed aircraft
inspections, and resolved quality, cost and
scheduling issues.
