JOB DESCRIPTION AS AN INSTRUMENT SENIOR COMMISSIONING SUPVR.

• Carry out loop testing, calibration, simulation, troubleshooting, of all process instruments used to measure, monitor, records and controls different process variables such as flow, pressure, level, temperature and others. Pressure/Level/Flow Transmitters (Rose Mount, Yokogawa, ABB, Siemens, Endress + Huuser,), Solenoid Valve / Control Valve (Masoneilan, Fisher controls, Forbes,Marshal, ASCO, Rotex, FESTO)

• Testing, simulation of motor interfacing at HMI and DCS such as motor status signal, start/ stop command, manual/auto status, and PSD interlock. Simulation and cause and effect testing of all emergency and shutdown devices.

• Familiar in working with instruments use in Distributed Control system with the following brand; : Fisher Instruments, Rosemount Instrument, Massonneilan, Foxboro, Moore. With good knowledge in all electro-pneumatic and hydraulic instruments.

• Have a good understanding of Piping and Instrument Diagram and Instrument Loop Diagram.

• Responsible for the EFMCS P&ID, I/O List, Shop Drawings, Instrumentation Location Layout, Isometric Drawings Details for FMCS, Fiber Optic Routing, FMCS Block Diagram, Air Differential Pressure Piping Layout, VSD MCC Allocation for Frofibus & Simocode Looping Connections.

• Prepare & sign for all the ITRs for the completed hot loop check/functional check from CCR to Field Instrument, and submit to the PIMS to clear PC ITR.

JOB DESCRIPTION AS CONSTRUCTION E&I ENGINEER

• To carryout revision of drawing, job technical evaluation, Planning, supervision and co-ordination for, Loop check, Pre-commission and commissioning. Preparation of instrument inspection test record (ITR’S) as per specification.

• Study and review vendors drawing/ documents and ensure implementation in compliance with specifications.

• Conduct Electrcal and Instrument inspection in the installation, modification and fabrication done by contractors.

• Prepare site inquiries for Electrical/Instrument fabrication installation and issues within the contractors.

• Assist client to modify system connections due to changes of design. Responsible for scheduling and distribution of job orders.

• Monitor Electrical and Instrument contractors for modification of cable tray supports, cable trays interfacing all modules to cable racks and underneath modules.

• Monitor Electrical, Instrument and Telecommunication, cable pulling cable glanding and termination to the local and main control panels.

• Compiling all as-built drawings and update latest revision as per Engineering design for proper documentations and references.

• Prepares project work schedules progress monitoring and daily/ weekly progress report.

• Prepare material lists and manpower requirements.

• Liases with client representatives for proper channeling.

• Attend daily meetings with client, subcontractors for work progress and technical aspect.

JOB DESCRIPTION AS AN INSTRUMENT INSPECTOR, MECHANICAL COMPLETION, QA/QC

• Detail visual inspection of all hazardous area, ex certification instrumentation and to ensure installation and equipment meet relevant standards

IEC 60079-10.Visual inspection for complete and corrective installation of unit

control panel. System wiring matching, System cabinet wiring trouble shoot.

Pressure testing for pneumatic impulse line, cable IR test prepare and summit MC

check list, ITR checklist.

JOB DESCRIPTION AS TELECOM ENGINEER / LEAD

• In-charge of the TELECOM System Installation for the BOHAI FPSO Project from Conoco Phillips. Responsible for the installation, carry over works,

• Pre-commissioning and commissioning of the following FPSO Telecommunication Systems: Metereological Systems (windspeed and direction, cloudheight ceilometer, helideck motion sensor, stevenson screen pressure, air and humidity sensor, current sensor), UHF system field, UHF repeater Radio System, VHF Aeronautical Radio system, VHF Marine Radio System, Non-Directional Beacon System, Closed Circuit Television(CCTV) VSAT (stabilized antenna), B & D Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) Public Address and General Alarm (PA/GA), TVRO Entertainment System, Line Of Sight (LOS), PABX System, Inmarsat System, Collision Avoidance Radar System, Gyro Compass System

• Supervised the operation and maintenance of PABX Intercom system (Alcatel Brand). Perform weekly progress report & submit to the Manager Check, Approved & Signed all the completed ITRs prepared by TELECOM Supervisor.

• Responsible in monitoring and inspection for the compliance in the implementation in the execution of the scope of work carried out by contractors and vendors to ensure consistent application of owner approved standards and specifications.

• Coordinate and liaise with vendor and contractor’s representative in the field concerning work progress, outstanding issues and other related matters.

• Supervise installations of Telecommunications equipment (PA/GA, GMDSS, VSAT, GYRO, NDB, ESD, TELEPHONES, INTERCOMS, CCTV, Weather Station, UHF, VHF Marine, MF/HF Radios, UHF Repeaters, and Entertainment Systems).

• Attend Tri-party inspection with client and contractors.

• Responsible for punch list items and mechanical completion work scope.

• Review and fill-up Instrument Test Record (ITR) sheet as actual performance of each loop testing to ensure every parameter engaged to each system are acceptable to clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION AS M & E PROJECT LEAD:

• Responsible for the entire project cycle - initiation to closure and covering all functions as a Project Engineer. Liaise closely with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project. Responsible for defining & managing the project budget, resources and keeping the project within time schedule, Identify the risks, issues, and manage the associated corrective action plans.

JOB DESCRIPTION AS A FACILITIES SENIOR ASSOCIATE ENGINEER:

• Operate and maintain facilities systems such as Control, Electrical, Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Systems, Fire Protection & Detection, Ultra Pure Water, Clean-room System, Industrial Waste Treatment Plants and Chemical and Gas Systems for a Wafer Fabrication plant.

• Review of system status in FMCS and alarm analysis, Trouble-shooting Facilities alarm response & service normalization, Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and system calibration on a timely basis, Perform first line incident handling, alarm response & breakdown repair works as well as actively participate in ERT incident.

shift leader will perform shift handover, planning & allocation of daily tasks to shift members, generation of system performance(using SAP) & weekly utility consumption reports. JOB DESCRIPTION AS AN AIR-CONDITIONING ELECTRONICS ENGINEER:

• Lead a team of Technical Officers in performing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of mechanical & electrical systems such as air-conditioning equipment (large water-cooled chillers, pumps, cooling towers) Air-con servicing for split unit/ VRV/ CHW FCU & CHW AHU for building and tunnel ventilation system (tunnel ventilation & tunnel booster fans).

• Perform instrumentation, set up and testing of refrigeration systems

• Perform service and maintenance of laboratory and test cell facilities.

• Assist in the building of prototypes and set up for component testing.

• Supervised / Hands-on in rewinding governor motor, magnetic coil relay, motor generator, 250KVA Generator (Caterpillar Brand).
