• Respond to trouble calls on all types of equipment in support of operations and the facility. Applies a high level of cause/effect analysis for breakdown troubleshooting. Performs troubleshooting diagnostic and root cause analysis for all unscheduled breakdown events to prevent reoccurrence.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate, including measurements of all site equipment and systems which includes temperature sensors, transmitters, receivers, reflectors, conveyors , automated packaging equipment ,scanners, cameras, IT systems sorting system, PLCs, HMIs, supervisory systems, motors and drives including VFD's automated cranes, data communication, printers, facility related equipment

• Performs periodic operational checks of components, subsystems and systems. Calibrates, adjust, and/or loads parameters following part/system replacement.

• Voltages ranging from 480-2 milliamps

• Services a variety of sensors including assorted electro- mechanical type temperature, humidity, pressure, airflow, smoke detection, proximity, velocity, displacement, speed, voltage, current, and power.

• Service electronic systems to the board/module level including analog/digital converters, digital input/output converters for networks, attenuators, microprocessors, timers, ect. Work with low voltage AC and DC systems up to 480V/3 phase

• Understands, edits and/or enhance PLC ladder logic programming/code

• Works from mechanical and/or electrical schematics drawings, sketches, manuals, specifications.

• Uses hand tools ,multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other monitoring and testing equipment.

• Uses PC proficiently for MSOffice, Notes, and other PC base software applications. Hands on PLC experience with Allen Bradley, Direct Logic (including programming), Siemens
