Staff Business Analyst and Associate Project Manager for the implementation of an enterprise-wide, 2.5 million dollar effort for a Production Data Capture and Accounting System. The goal of the project was to provide intelligent information to executive management so the investor participation in the company can be improved. Responsibilities undertaken were team leadership, project management and business analysis in support of E&P operational business units, leading towards the growth of the corporation through the effective use of technology, information access and process re-engineering. This project was a corporate led effort that spanned 3 regions (Gulf Coast, Permian Basin and Mountain Region) and 17 districts across multiple states. It was completed on schedule and within expected budget. Worked closely with the business development units on a variety of projects from inception through completion; including strategic reviews, requirements analysis, technology evaluation and deployment, solution architecture, application implementation, process reengineering and project management.
