Academic Project

Project : Sms Controlled Advertising Display

The present design of SMS controlled advertising display utilizes SMS (Short Message Service) technology of GSM mobile service for updating the message text for the display. The design embeds a GSM phone module for SMS reception. For updating the display the message text is send as SMS to the GSM module number. The module can accept any GSM SIM card, so the user can use any GSM service. The message reception can be secured by incorporating a password protection scheme. To accept the text message, it should be preceded by a message containing a password.
