Track manufacturing performance to identify and eliminate production performance

to continually maximize production capacity and capability.

Develop plant trials to optimize selection and the use of production chemicals whilst ensuring product

Installed a Near-Infrared (NIR) Spectrometer for online control of the causticizing area saving the mill

approximately $200K.

Modified Methanol condenser to include additional control loop to prevent temperature spikes resulting

in NCG emissions.

Coordinated the implementation of PSM covered Mechanical Integrity programs. Worked with

engineering and maintenance to develop SMP's and equipment inspection programs. Developed

detailed PM routes for operations in order to enhance mechanical integrity throughout the plant.

Created and updated operating procedures for more efficient operations. Worked with operators to

implement procedures.

Developed process models using statistical data analysis. Train production personnel on application

and interpretation of SPC charting.
