training new employees to meet the production standard, quality process and
company's policies and procedures.
Increased production 25% by creating teamwork between operators and
mechanics.
Instituted preventive maintenance program that decreased machine down time
by 30%.
Responded to OSHA safety requirements for the production floor by
conducting a monthly meetings with employees and recommended additional
