Objectives;

To work in the challenging Environmental Health and Safety field

Experience;

I have experience in Environmental operations, I worked as an Environmental Technician for Loral aerospace (Tonopah Test Range) In this job I was responsible for the sampling, characterization, manifesting of Hazardous waste’s, I also transported the wastes to the DRMO at Nellis AFB, I have sampled oil water separators, unknown drums (with liquids), I have managed three 90 day accumulation points, I also did inspections for the preparation of ESOCAMP inspections, Ground Safety inspections, and Various EPA/ OSHA external inspections. I have been HAZ-Whopper certified, I attended that course at Community College of Southern Nevada, I also attended Environmental site sampling there also. I have attended Haz-Mat courses at the National Fire academy, to add to my 40 hour Haz-Wopper.

Currently I work as the ES&H Manager for the JT3 NTTR LLC between Tonopah and Las Vegas on the Nellis Air Force Base training and Testing ranges.

I had been working as an ES&H coordinator for JT3 Tonopah Test Range, I am an ASSE member, I am certified tower climbing instructor through Tower Consultants International, NSC first aid/ CPR, OSHA 10 hour, Train the trainer OSHA courses from general industry and Construction, Defensive drivers course, I have conducted inspections on military ranges for safety and environmental, I also investigate vehicle incidents, employee injury, Hazard Conditions Reports. Hazard Communications is another program that I have worked with, the Air Force P-2, EMIS, OSHA and HMIS programs.

I have also attended the Department of transportation’s Haz-Materials course; this is required for the haz-mat endorsement which I currently had.

I have worked in hydraulics on heavy equipment, and aircraft. I am also very mechanically inclined; I can tear down and build up hydraulic motors (as long as there are tech manuals around). I worked in building flight spoilers, auto pilots, stabilizer trims, for E-systems (Montec division).

I have operated heavy equipment for three years with Lockheed Martin and am familiar with the operations of over the road trucks.

Also attended Utah Valley community college for hydraulics and welding for two semesters. I have a Bachelors degree in business through Colorado Technical College Online.

I hold a Nevada state CDL with, passenger, airbrake endorsements.

Closing;

I am capable of many things in the overall ES&H realm, I have a Secret clearance, I can work on many types’ vehicles, I have experience with HMMWV, M60 Battle tanks, M49, M113, and M911 Heavy Haulers, operate blades (Motor graders), Backhoes, Loaders and many more, I am able to teach almost any thing when it comes to safety or environmental, I feel that I would be an asset to your program.
