Responsibilities included but were not limited to oversight of the Human resource process foe exempt personnel including wage and salary administration, new position definition and development, labor relations,unemploment insurance, non-exempt performance evaluations, civil service appeals and union negotiations. Supervision of insurance and retirement sections and assisted with implementation of the Medical Center’s Cafeteria Plan.
