supervision; contract document preparation; resolving RFI and Submittal issues; the review and negotiation of monthly pay
applications; resolving differing site conditions with Contractor and proposing solutions to Design Engineer; assisting the
Contracts Manager and Estimator to manage costs by minimizing the cost of executed change orders during negotiations;
coordinating Contractor shut downs to minimize plant impact; and resolving County/Client concerns with Contractor or
Design Engineers to ensure that the delivered product attains the functional and unique demands of Plant Operations. I was
able to gain experience and exposure to both Foundation Fieldbus and analog I/O controls automation during the E/I
installation and Systems Integration setup periods.

Civil Design and Construction Engineer. Engineer whose responsibilities included: construction administration and
inspection; environmental monitoring and testing; remedial design and implementation; research and design for storm water
and sanitary sewer infrastructure improvements; as well as preparation and review of construction documents after the site
assessments. Assisted multiple clients in creating and calibrating both river and estuary HEC-RAS models using real world
monitoring data. Design and Construction projects were primarily for City level government entities upgrading local
infrastructure, however, studies and designs were also developed for Federal departments such as the Army Corps of
Engineers, NOAA and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Increased experience in surveying, Global Positioning Systems and
CAD/GIS interface during career with LBG.

materials was tested and collected into break cylinders during peak daily production periods. Supervised grout injection and
performed final inspection on Central Artery s segmental bridge sections (I-93). Also gained experience in pre and post
stressing of beams and segmental sections.
