ACHIEVEMENTS

· Guided and provided full organizational responsibility for the opening of five wholesale clubs, in the state of Ohio over a 24-month period, including all staffing, vendor, and set-up issues. All clubs were opened within both the established time and budgetary guidelines.

· Achieved the only perfect score, for two operating departments under my direct responsibility, as a result of an internal corporate audit.

· Modify an existing training program, and drawing upon my own experience in the industry, I established a hands-on training store for managers-in-training, who were realizing difficulties in the more traditional corporate programs. In the last of the ten employees who were trained in my store, 6 are now successful store managers, and four are assistant managers.

· Using and on going, targeted marketing approach, increased customer count and corresponding revenues by 30% over a one-year period of time.
