Provide internal and external customer service Prepare cases for investigations for possible fraud and interact with the Office of The Inspector General. Prepare and calculate cases for over payments. Go to court when required regarding fraud cases. Provide supervision for staff in the absence of the supervisor. Attend monthly meetings to stay abreast of any new policy changes. Interpret policy for all stake holders, which includes local politicians,customers and providers. Responsible for four districts in Baltimore City to ensure that the Child Care Program is operating as required. Notify districts by email of any complaints and request corrective action plans for resolution.

Interviewed employers, family members and Department of Correction Officials in an effort to find non-custodial parents of children participating in the Temporary Cash Assistance Program (T.C.A.) and for non TCA participants. Submit all findings to supervisor.
