Plant Manager for a 24 hour a day 7 day a week further processing beef plant. Report directly to CEO and V.P. of Operations
Oversee QA, Production, Maintenance, Safety, and Technical departments in a 46 million dollar facility
Coordinate and direct all plant functions including regulatory requirements, financial and budgetary matters, and the supervision and coordination of 38 managers and 200 hourlies
Effectively cross-departmentally train, encourage upward growth, and understand all processes within the facility
Troubleshoot, implement, and increase productivity of several types of patented equipment (hydraulic, electric) including ammonia refrigeration process equipment and evaporators with a 2 stage ammonia refrigeration system
