Plant Manager for a 24 hour a day 7 day a week further processing beef plant. Report directly to CEO and V.P. of Operations

Oversee QA, Production, Maintenance, Safety, and Technical departments in a 46 million dollar facility

Coordinate and direct all plant functions including regulatory requirements, financial and budgetary matters, and the supervision and coordination of 38 managers and 200 hourlies

Effectively cross-departmentally train, encourage upward growth, and understand all processes within the facility

Troubleshoot, implement, and increase productivity of several types of patented equipment (hydraulic, electric) including ammonia refrigeration process equipment and evaporators with a 2 stage ammonia refrigeration system

Fine-tune process equipment for maximum efficiency and effectiveness within the process flow

Coordinate 1.3 million pounds of incoming raw material daily based on sales, cut dates, and transportation

Aid and assist in designing new installations within the process

Utilize blue-prints and P&IDs daily

Monitor product integrity and oversee adequacy of finished product inventory levels

Ensure plant is ready for USDA and audit prepared continuously

Implementation, maintenance, and verification of company HACCP plan

Hands-on daily exposure, maintenance, and troubleshooting of centrifuges, hydraulic systems, refrigeration, PLCs, VFDs, seal isolators, centrifugal pumps, and rotary pumps
