ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM SUPERVISOR: Supervised a fourteen-member logistics staff creating a fully operational and efficient logistical life support system to a 1400+ person organization in six locations. Responsibilities include coordination of equipment storage, transportation of unit equipment, containers, and vehicles, fuel rations, food rations, ammunition requirements, Budget requirements, induction of all major end items into the Army’s Reset Program, database management, report generation, data compilation, data analysis and briefings, meeting and special events planning, and team training missions. Operated a forward deployed logistics office staffed at 50 percent personnel strength for 13 months while maintaining an exceptional evaluation rating.

PLANNED, PRIORITIZED, AND ORGANIZED DAILY TASKS IN MULTIPLE AREAS: Ensured accurate completion of all tasks in a timely manner. Continually assessed and monitored progress and tracked work flow using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook Task. Prioritized and delegated assignments based on team competencies and strengths. Provided food and lodging for 25 employees during the preparation of each logistical patrol.

ORGANIZED AND COORDINATED the return of over 70 Left Behind Equipment (LBE) vehicles and $3 million worth of (LBE) belonging to four companies back to the respective companies while simultaneously working with Honeywell Corporation resulted in minimal friction and confusion and enabled a relatively smooth transaction between the separate property book offices. Maintained logistical control and oversight of the organization’s relocation from Schweinfurt to Grafenwoehr with 100% accountability of over 170 pieces of containers and equipment.

EVALUATE ORGANIZATION TEAMS: Oversaw and improved the logistic readiness for four companies consisting of a total of 683 employees, three property books estimated at $330 million combined total worth achieving superior results with limited resources. Ensured Command Supply Discipline inspection results of two outside agencies were used to improve all supply operations by 85%.

Utilized manual procedures during period when automated database crashed and all data was lost; still maintained detailed accountability of $29 million worth of equipment. MANAGED AND CONTROLLED BUDGET that saved the company $2,500 on the shortage annex by utilizing the free tool issue from the tool warehouse. Maintained the government credit card flawlessly ensuring the $11,000 monthly expenditures were properly annotated and legally sufficient for purchasing.

ORGANIZED SUPPLY ROOM which maintained records for over 170 employees. Established and enforced control access procedures to eliminate unauthorized entrance to restricted areas.
