maintaining bandwidth on the Google network.
Responsible for all aspects of VTC activities which include monitoring, maintenance and
requirements support, troubleshooting and operation of the equipment.
Work on the largest corporate Tandberg VC network with over 2000+ endpoints. Schedule and
manage VC bridge calls via TMS and Codian interfaces. Provided focused video conference
services for events. Maintained and repaired local VC codecs via ticket services. Work
extensively with endpoint web interfaces and TMS management software.

Also knowledgeable with AT&T MIC, location records, LFACA, LMOS and ARES. Proficient with
