requirements support, troubleshooting and operation of the equipment.

Work on the largest corporate Tandberg VC network with over 2000+ endpoints. Schedule and

manage VC bridge calls via TMS and Codian interfaces. Provided focused video conference

services for events. Maintained and repaired local VC codecs via ticket services. Work

Also knowledgeable with AT&T MIC, location records, LFACA, LMOS and ARES. Proficient with

Polycom as well as many types of crypto devices.

4 Years VTC/VC experience, 2 + Years Experience as Fiber Optics Engineer. Active TS/SCI

DOD Security Clearance.

4 years in the Air Force as a Cable Maintenance Technician – Stationed at NORAD I installed
