A) Title : Idea Management - Innovation Lounge U-K
Description :
Innovation Lounge U-K (IDM UK) has been developed for Henkel Corporate Cosmetics division. This is a web-based application to create motivation for higher innovation participation and quality. The Innovation Lounge U-K is an ongoing innovation process focused on product innovation and involves only employees of departments close to marketing which is handled as configured teams. The application built entirely in Lotus Notes with a browser interface features complete idea workflow comprising submission of new idea, pre-supporter approval, evaluation by both Fresh eye and Expert group evaluators and the final score. The evaluation is based on 5 criteria on a 7-point scale: news value, relevance, spontaneous appeal, sales/market potential and feasibility. Every submitter gets a detailed evaluation feedback. This consists of the total score, the ratings of each criteria and qualitative comments from the evaluators. Based on the feedback which the submitter got from the evaluators a re-submitting of the reworked concept is possible. A side-by-side screen supports the rework of the concept and also supports the evaluation.
The application can export the generated report to excel format and inno administrators can generate report for top 1 team and also best concept of the year. The individual and team will be awarded accordingly.

Sprint is one of the largest telecom service providers in United States market. SCA The Special Customer Arrangement (SCA) process is designed to support Sales by addressing unique customer requirement that do not fit within Sprint’s standard product offerings. The SCA process allows the Sales Account Team to submit a request for review. In that review the SCA evaluators will contact the appropriate Sprint groups to review the request, gather those responses, obtain special pricing and respond back to the Account Team. If approved the account team then may present that to the customer and then order the service as identified in the SCA approval. The special pricing that is accomplished in the SCA process is limited to identifying any additional charges that would be applicable to the service being offered. The SCA process does not address discounts. Special Customer Arrangements deals with customer preferences regarding the setting up of customer access circuits

DOC is an ordering tool for Data, High Speed Data, and PC IVAN products. The process involves efforts of Network Engineers (NE), Sales Representatives (SR), Technical Account Consultants (TAC), Sales Implementation Specialists (SIS), and Order Management Group (OMG) representatives.
DOC was developed to provide users with a vehicle to submit, track, and process data orders. The DOC database was developed to allow a seamless interface between field workgroups (sales, sales support, OMG, etc.) and downstream work groups (contracts, provisioning, table builders, translations, etc.).
DOC allows entry and validation of sales, technical and site information. OMC processes the orders and routes them to the appropriate downstream systems (i.e. CIS, MOM, OE, FMS, and Enterprise). DOC allows communication and the sharing of data between all organizations involved in the order entry process.
